At Kay Mackenson Clinic, we believe that every child has a fundamental right to education, recognizing it as essential not only to national development but also to health and well-being. Our team has seen firsthand the close connection between education and effective healthcare—especially for conditions like diabetes, where understanding and tracking blood sugar levels are vital for long-term health outcomes.
 

To help break down barriers to education, KMC launched a scholarship program to support children who are academically capable but lack the financial means to attend school. In the past, this program has provided school fees, uniforms, books, and supplies, enabling students to complete secondary education and prepare for university. While the scholarship program is currently on hold due to political instability, we remain committed to restarting and expanding it as soon as possible.

Looking ahead, KMC plans to develop a vocational training program for young adults aging out of pediatric care. This initiative will equip them with the skills and opportunities they need for a brighter, more sustainable future, ensuring that education continues to open doors well beyond the classroom.
